Delivery

1.We will ship the item(s) within 3 working days after receiving confirmation of payment.

2.Shipping to your location usually takes between 1 and 3 weeks. It might take a little longer than this during the busy holiday season and depends on your local customs policy.

3.Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the Japan Post Office stopped shipping items to some countries. Sorry for the inconvenience.
 Countries currently use surface mail 3-4 months: Greece, Aus, Romania and etc.!
 
4.If the parcel is returned due to the buyer's relationship or the buyer's country's policy, the buyer needs to pay the shipping cost before it can be sent again, please forgive and understand!

5.If there is a transportation problem in the recipient's country, we will please ask the buyer to contact the local postal or transportation company for assistance. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
